We cover anything from run down buildings to the lick of paint which makes your space a happier living environment. We really offer the complete works.

We’ll do the one room project:

 – Strip out completely

 – Replace floor boards if necessary

 – Treat for woodworm

 – Cure dampness

 – Re-plaster

 – Re-new all woodwork (skirtings, architrave, doors etc.)

 – Re-decorate and replace ceilings or just re-scim

 – Re-decorate and replace flooring – even the plumbing and electrics can all be done under our control without having to deal with different contactors, we do anything and everything.

We’ll even cater for the smallest of jobs; putting up a shelf, changing a light. It’s never too much trouble for us.

Bathrooms & Toilets

We’ll strip out, replace all sanitary wear, re-tile, fit extractor fans, fit showers and of course fit wet rooms and shower screens.

Kitchens

We’ll totally redesign, supply and fit a new kitchen to your design from start to finish.

Rented Accommodations

We look after a great deal of properties in the area for care home maintenance and for landlords, handle 24 hour call outs, for the smallest blocked drains to major catastrophes and floods etc. We arrange for your tenants to phone us direct, taking the strain from the landlord. We’ll clean and decorate for handovers and carry out any repairs that are needed; fitting smoke detectors, changing locks – we do the lot.

Outside

We’ll even break up old paths and create new concrete paths, new concrete bases for sheds, new walls etc. We’ll erect new fences with concrete posts and fencing panels or we’ll just repair storm damage and the odd panel. We’ll create patio areas and even build a shelter or gazebo to your liking to go with it.
